GENERAL MANAGER

We’re looking for a Restaurant Director who can build the quality and morale of the entire restaurant staff by training, mentoring, and leading according to our “Culture of Respect”. As a Restaurant Director, you set high standards for yourself and the people you work with, valuing guests and champion teamwork.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Degree or equivalent is required
  • Manager’s Food Safety Certification & TABC Certification
  • 5+ years of Front-of-House operations and/or management experience
  • 3+ years of Back-of-House experience
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills

MANAGER

We’re looking for a Manager who is all about teaching new things and motivating the team to work together. As a Manager, you are up for a challenge, knowing every day in the restaurant business is different. Managers are supportive of the General Manager as well as our Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Degree or equivalent is required
  • Manager’s Food Safety Certification & TABC Certification
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Manager with FOH experience
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
